At Network Devices, we stand by the quality of our enterprise and consumer networking hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your equipment in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific hardware.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all antennas, power adapters, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping barcodes are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians verify the device's serial number and condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
